These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the Dream Chasers website, specializing in concierge services for short and medium-term rentals.

Access to the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately cease using the site.

Dream Chasers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site.

ARTICLE 3 - SITE ACCESS

3.1 Access conditions

3.2 Service availability

Dream Chasers strives to ensure site availability 24/7, but cannot guarantee absolute availability. The site may be temporarily inaccessible due to maintenance, updates, or technical malfunctions.

• Harassing other users or disrupting site operation

4.2 Content publication by users

Although the site does not currently allow users to publish content, if this functionality were added, the user would guarantee:

• Being the owner of the rights to the published content
• That the content does not infringe third-party rights
• That the content complies with applicable legislation

The user would grant Dream Chasers a free, non-exclusive, and worldwide license to use the published content.

12.3 Mediation

Before any contentious proceedings, the parties will endeavor to resolve their dispute through mediation.
